From the age of 15, being curious and taking risks has led to a career as a builder of teams, companies and communities. Human centered design thinking combined with management consulting has been critical to delivering impact. With great honor, I’ve had the privilege to be recognized as a Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the SBA, Rising Technology Star and one of Virginia’s Top 40 under 40. Working with amazing journalists, being featured in UPSTARTS!, a book featuring young entrepreneurs by Donna Fenn, writer for Inc. Magazine was an incredible honor. In 2017, my company, INM United, was acquired by Padilla where I continue my passion and continue to solve complex problems with an incredible team.
